Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring product quality by developing and implementing test strategies, automating test processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall software and hardware reliability. The ideal candidate has strong experience in quality assurance methodologies, automation, and semiconductor or manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for software, hardware, and system-level validation.
• Collaborate with R&D, product development, and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform root cause analysis and defect tracking to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Define and enforce QA best practices, including documentation, process improvements, and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain metrics to track quality trends, defects, and testing effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate product quality risks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing test results and driving corrective actions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA and testing methodologies.

Key Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise in quality and system optimization.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor module and machine build processes.
• Proficiency in quality tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
• Experience in statistical analysis using Minitab or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
