For this role we are looking for engineers who have significant experiences in CPU micro-architecture modeling, benchmarking, design and the PPA analysis.

1. Participate in the design of 32/64 bits CPU based on RISC-V.
2. Participate in micro-architecture design of CPU cluster: core, multi-level cache, and interconnect in the cluster.
3. Participate in CPU microarchitecture modeling and performance analysis.
4. Participate in the development of various high-performance and low-power processors.
5. Propose and draft micro-architecture specification.
6. Participae in RTL implementation, optimization, and the verification.
7. Collaborate with SOC team to meet the design targets including PPA.

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or a related field of study.
2. Familar with computer architecture including CPU pipelines,modelling, benchmarking, PPA analysis.
3. Familiar with ASIC development flow. 4. Familiar with Verilog, Assembly and C languages.
4. Self-motivated, team player and strong communication skills.
