As part of our ongoing efforts to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our operations, we are creating a new position for an AI Engineer to join our new AI team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models to improve operational efficiency in construction projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Work on AI applications such as predictive analytics, automation of processes, and data-driven decision-making tools for project management.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to improve project forecasting, cost estimation, and resource optimization.
• Ensure data quality and integrity for AI applications by cleaning and processing data from various sources.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance company operations.
• Provide technical support and training for staff to leverage AI tools and solutions effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development, ideally within a construction or engineering environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Salary package is subject to qualification and experience.
