Job Details

Lead and support Manufacturing Engineering in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair. Act as Technical Authority, ensuring standards, processes, and issue resolution to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) targets.

Responsibilities-

• HSE: Ensure all processes comply with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and the Zero Harm Programme.
• Product Safety: Identify and mitigate product safety risks, support the Safety Management System, and promote a safety culture.
• Safety & Quality: Foster a Behavioral Based Safety Culture, encourage 'Speak Up,' and implement Narrate & Demonstrate principles.
• Quality: Promote zero defects, ensure Right First Time methodology, and comply with all relevant standards.
• Cost: Lead Manufacturing Engineers to improve productivity and optimize OPEX costs.
• Leadership: Drive accountability, engagement, and coaching to empower teams.
