*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide maintenance and support for audiovisual equipment at client locations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality.

*Requirements:*

- Technical diploma or equivalent in a related field.

- Experience in audiovisual equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Valid driver's license.
