Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Chemical / Chemistry-related fields
• Min. 2 years of hands-on experience in the chemical process industry
• Open to 12-hour shift work (including night shifts)

• Operate and manage plant operations & site services safely and efficiently
• Recommend and implement improvements to boost safety & productivity
• Collaborate closely with your team and cross-functional departments
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is ready for use
• Conduct analytical testing and process checks when required
• Uphold strict safety protocols and act swiftly in emergencies
• Mentor and support new team members to build a strong workforce
