Job Requirements:
- General Helpdesk support.
- Desktop / Laptop support.
- Shop floor system and site level applications support.
- Basic server administration.
- Basic network administration.
- IT asset management.
- Liaise with Vendor and internal operational staff.
- Ensure the compliance of Corporate IT policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Windows 7/10 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows 2008/2012/2016 server installation, configuration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Basic Network Knowledge.
- CCNA certification is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Google Workspace.
