Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation in SAP B1, commissioning activities, and after-sales support.
• Provide on-site technical support for the maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up of CPM equipment.
• Assist the customer service and sales teams by providing technical and process-related information for after-market sales.
• Conduct regular visits to prospects, customers, and agents to offer technical advice and generate new sales opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or project management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, and CAD software (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred).
