Job Scope:

• Address customer inquiries, needs, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Provide timely updates to customers on maintenance schedules and issue resolutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance for systems such as mechanical and electrical services, plumbing and sanitary systems, air conditioning (including ACMV systems and chillers), and electrical control systems.
• Respond swiftly to breakdowns and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, ensuring efficient and effective repairs.
