Job Description

Responsibilities

• To perform accurate diagnoses, repair services , preventive maintenance at customer locations island wide (homes/ offices) in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
• Able to communicate diagnosis and needed repairs of products to the customer in a knowledgeable and courteous manner
• Providing service reports and accurate estimates for quotation of repair
• Assist in new projects or any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
• To attend in-house technical training to improve skill set provided by the company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec preferred (Engineering background)
• New graduates who are interested may also apply.
• Must be a fast learner , keen to learn and able to apply knowledge.
• **Knowledge of operating / repair home appliances / basic electrical (training provided)
• Must possess valid Class 3 Driving License
• **Must be physically fit and strong (required to move/carry appliances occassionally)
• Immediate hire
