Job Requirements:
  • Coordinate with sales representatives and customers, addressing inquiries on product capabilities, specifications, and applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Perform product application testing for sales representatives and customers.
  • Provide on-site support, including system setup, adjustments, and fine-tuning.
  • Conduct post-sales application training for customers.
  • Develop and update training manuals for customer use.
  • Support sales representatives with on-site presentations when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve department efficiency and propose solutions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Diploma in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, or related field) with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good active listening and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down information and identify key facts.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships via phone and email.
  • Clear and simple communication of complex ideas.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to helping others.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and solving complex problems.
  • Familiarity with logic control and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP, etc.).
  • Experience with HMI programming is preferred.
