Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will work closely with experienced engineers on a variety of exciting projects related to areas such as renewable energy integration, grid odernization, and microgrids.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in conducting power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, transient stability, and dynamic simulations.

• Learn and utilize power system simulation software such as DIGSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, PSSE, or other relevant tools.

• Develop and refine basic power system models under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Prepare technical reports and assist in data collection, analysis, and presentation.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in power system technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Strong interest in power system analysis and simulation.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with any power system simulation software (even basic).

• Basic programming skills (Python, MATLAB, etc.).

• Relevant coursework in power systems, control systems, renewable energy, or related fields.
