Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.15am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities
• Sourced and procured cost-effective raw materials, precision plastic and metal engineering components from the China market, successfully reducing material costs and enhancing product competitiveness.
• Negotiated with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and delivery schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Managed supplier communications, ensuring smooth procurement processes and consistent supplier performance monitoring.
• Procured daily operational supplies, ensuring timely delivery to meet company requirements and minimize disruptions.
• Led ISO 9001 internal audits as a certified internal auditor, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
• Acted as an auditee during external customer audits, providing required documentation and ensuring audit readiness.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Investigated customer complaints and implemented root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
• Managed supplier non-conformance reports (NCRs), conducted root cause analysis (RCA), and worked with suppliers to implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Worked closely with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to enhance supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Led continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and validating corrective/preventive actions using 8D, 5 Whys, CAPA, RCCA, SCAR, Fishbone Diagram, and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Developed CMM programs and executed precision measurements using profile projectors, Keyence, and vision measurement systems.
• Maintained and updated quality documentation (WI, CP, SOP, NCR records, ECN, FMEA).
• Performed first article inspection (FAI) and ensured compliance with customer specifications.

Requirements:
• O level and above
• 2 - 3 years working experience in FA / QA environment (CMM)
• Able to use QC equipment (caliper, Micrometre, Height Gauge etc), understand / interpret Drawing, operate Smartscope / Quick Vision Scope.
