• 5 days week
• Work Location : Jurong
• Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Knowledge in handle project quotations, tenders, cost estimation and read technical drawing.
• Experience in M&E/Fire Protection inds  is a plus
• Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin as need to liaise with project team co-workers in English and Mandain respectively
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and tender portals.
• Prepare plans, documents, and bills of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis in the Fire Protection industry.
• Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
  Conduct detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation for M&E/Fire Protection projects.
• Manage tenders, including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for Fire Protection projects.
