Job Description:

Technical Tasks:

• Performs installation & provides basic technical training when neccessary (Mainly Workplace infrastructure - WPI products: Medical Pendents & Lights / Gas Management solutions)
• Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure devices / equipment are up to date.

Service Operational Tasks:

• Escalate quality-related situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country
• Monitor and drive completion of monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts

Service Commercial-related Tasks:

• Makes constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs
• Any other additional duties deemed appropriate by Service Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Electronics or Equivalent
• At least 7 years of technical experience preferable in after sales support in medical industry
• Class 3 driving license preferred
