A SGX-listed MNC, providing an international multi-faceted solution, with businesses spanning across the Marine, Offshore O&G, Construction and Real Estate industries, is inviting keen individual to join its team as a Project Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary duties are to manage the Project Department and be involved in the project management, deliverables and documentations for projects.
• To execute, manage costs and its allocated sales budget - including project manhours, material costs versus budget and the contractual completion time.
• In charge of producing engineering documentations such as engineering drawings, diagrams, check lists, MSDS, data sheets and reports for each project, and to submit report and deadline to client.
• Work with Design Department on generating Workshop Drawings (GA / P&ID / Electrical drawings) by using AutoCAD 3D before commencing work.
• Update the Master Production Schedule and inform relevant departments of delivery schedule compliance.
• To assist in troubleshooting, and ensure the completion of factory testing is accomplished and generating in-house testing report before delivery of the project.
• Using SAP to generate costing sheet for comprehensive cost management within the budget allocated, and ensure that the incurred costs (materials, labour) are preserved.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min a Dip. in any Engineer
• Min. 3 years in experience and knowledge in project management
• Experience in managing a project team
• Able to use AutoCad 2D/3D
