- Maintain records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring that important documents are easily accessible.

- Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety and emissions standards.

- Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust fleet operations accordingly.

- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills and safety.

- Analyse fleet performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare reports for management on fleet performance, costs, and compliance.

- Implement safety protocols and policies to minimize accidents and incidents.

- Conduct risk assessments and address any identified risks related to fleet operations.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
