Facilities Management (FM)

• Develop, implement, and oversee policies for maintaining the organization's facilities and equipment.
• Manage all facility projects, including renovations and the construction of new facilities, while ensuring safety and security.
• Negotiate and renew contracts and permits related to facilities on time.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement safety guidelines. Follow up on audit recommendations from regulatory authorities.
• Lead and monitor emergency management, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Bio-Medical Engineer (BME)

• Manage and maintain medical equipment and devices in various departments through regular preventive maintenance.
• Evaluate and recommend contractors/vendors for maintenance and manage the annual budget for medical equipment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Bio-Medical Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge and skills.
• Good communication skills for managing user expectations.
• In-depth understanding of facilities and bio-medical equipment management.
• Problem-solver with a hands-on approach to planning and execution.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
