Requirements & Qualifications:
- Corporate with the constrcution manager to connect with various government acceptance departments.
- Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.
- Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Corporate with goverment personnel to conduct on-site inspections.
- Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss work progress and corperate in preparing monthly meeting progress reports.
- Establish good relationships with all relevant parties.
- Corporate to ensure site safety and comply with the requirements of the authorities.
- Corporate to organize relevant physical and electronic documents on site engineer, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree or above preferably from a recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore
- Experience with public residential projects would be advantages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Projects, AutoCAD
- Ability to keep a positive attitube in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player
