Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the market to identify opportunities and challenges in the manufacturing of parts precision metal, silicon rubber, plastic injection/molding, CNC, etc.
  • Develop and implement market entry strategies and go-to-market roadmaps.
  • Foster and build good customer relationships and networking for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Understand and identify customer’s product needs.
  • Set sales budgets, pricing strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction and attend customer meetings with timely commitment.
  • Develop long-term customer satisfaction in managing and meeting their requirements.
  • Local and overseas travels during course of work required.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Precision Engineering.
  • Possess 5-6 years of relevant sales experience in the plastics, rubber and metal substrate components/parts.
  • Wide range of networking to targeted customers / industries.
  • Energetic, self-driven, independent, resourceful, and possess strong client relationship and leadership skills.
  • Able to build and maintain good customer relationships management at all levels.
  • Responsive, has strong commitment and is result-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and good decision maker.
