Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm

Job description:  

• Arrange service visits, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and relocations on-site.
• Set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.
• Conduct equipment familiarization training for users.
• Answer service inquiries and attend user meetings.
• Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
• Promote customer satisfaction within the service team.
  Handle service administration tasks including preparing quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
• Arrange spare parts from suppliers and manage delivery/collection of repair items.
• Deliver new equipment to customers and pursue outstanding debts.
• Send faulty parts to vendors for testing and provide technical information and quality reports to the Principal.

Requirement

• Minimum diploma in engineering / biomedical engineering
• Min. 1-2 years of experience as a service engineer.
• Prior experience in medical device service is advantageous.

• Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable, and resourceful.
