System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with all internal levels, including customers and our contractors to clarify technical issues
• Perform system administration, troubleshooting and production support in-house
• Perform system administration, troubleshooting and production support at customers' sites
• Support company business development, marketing and sales activities, demos or new product presentation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/IT
• Experience in Network, Windows & Linux OS, SQL server
• Experience in Hardware like Server, NAS, SAN and VM
• Experience in Networking like Switches & Firewall
• Experience in Cybersecurity
• Experience in Project Management
