Job Description:

- Lead a team to manage Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) activities (ie. Preventive maintenance/Corrective maintenance/Overhaul of electronic system) for a fleet of Armament systems and ensure it's performed on schedule

- Responsible to ensure contractual monthly performances of Armament systems is met

- Prepare Service report, indent of spares and coordinate work with customers and internal stakeholders

- Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S are performed in the workshop

Job requirements:

- Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering

- Preferably experience in industrial engineering and knowledge in SAP and military armament systems

- Highly motivated individual who able to work independently and lead a team

- Preferably candidate to possess class 3 driving license
