- SuccessFactors Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and configuration of ECP to meet stakeholder's requirements
- Experience in the full process of fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, deployment planning, and strong project implementation of ECP
- Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Provides solution support during proposal development and planning
- Experienced in defining data, integration, and test strategy for ECP deployment
- Provides solution advise and leadership to the internal and client project team during an implementation. Acts as solution "subject matter expert" and advises on leading practices in ECP
- Monitors and advises on solution and schedule risks and mitigation strategies
- Managing client relationship with business process owners and client solution leads
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of ECP product-suite, including professional certifications
- Assist with coaching and developing junior consultants and growing the SAP Human Capital Management capability
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with SAP ECP implementations, including hands on design and configuration
- Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage
- Implemented ECP solution for Singapore and China locations. Experience with ECP deployments in other Asia countries is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP On-Premise Payroll is an advantage but not essential. Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives
- Knowledge and experience of the SAP Activate (or equivalent) methodology for SuccessFactors Business domain knowledge for Human Resources
- Proven ability in implementing HRIS software within or for a Human Resource Department Previous exposure to HR practices and HR Software
- Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
