Responsibilities:
  • Self-performroutine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems and equipment
  • Conduct inspections of facilities and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Respond to maintenance requests and address maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
  • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment failure and prolong its lifespan
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies and parts.

Requirements:
  • Min 1 years of experience as facilities technician
  • Working on rotational shift (no overnight)
  • School environment, comfortable with car guiding duties in the morning
