Requirements:
- Carry out routing daily checklist for critical equipment
- Supervise and supervision of regular vendor to carry out preventive maintenance.
- Must have knowledge and background of ACMV, chiller, cooling tower and air compressor.
- Monitoring of BMS (building monitoring system)
- Willing to learn security system such as CCTV and card reader access.
- Able to use computer to create power point, excel sheet and Microsoft work and outlook.
- First contact to response user request such as power trip, water leak, plumbing and sanitary, provide printer paper deliver, adjust door, light replacement, etc.
- To support event set up table, chairs, and PA system.
- Self-motivate and self-initiative to troubleshooting to sort out defeat to reinstate with shortest possible time.
- Able to manage and record documentation such as material inventory, check list etc.
- Carry out emergency generator and fire pump test run, PA system testing by weekly basic.
- Able to work flexible working hours with over time if required
Requirements:
- Min NITEC in Engineering with at least 1 - 2 years of similar function.
- Experience in hands on maintenance of industrial facilities
- Rotating shift (No over night)
- Location: West
