We are an AI application team within the TikTok architecture department, dedicated to leveraging AI to enhance R&D efficiency and user experience. Our efforts include developing our own code model to support projects, as well as exploring the use of LLM-related technologies such as agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to further expand our capabilities and drive innovation.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for implementing AI capabilities within the on-device environment in areas such as intent recognition, content understanding, and intelligent decision-making;

2. Work with the engineering team to analyze and improve model performance, including but not limited to inference speed, memory usage, and energy optimization;

3. Responsible for the porting and optimization of large models such as LLM and Diffusion, as well as vertical basic capabilities like ASR and OCR on the client side;

4. Responsible for long-term exploration of on-device algorithms, such as privacy-preserving computing and client-edge-cloud collaboration.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Mathematics or related fields;

2. Proficient in Python, with good data analysis skills, communication skills, design abilities, and programming habits;

3. Skilled in the use of at least one deep learning framework among TensorFlow, MXNet, Caffe, or PyTorch;

Preferred Qualification

1. Practical experience in performance optimization strategies, user experience strategies, etc., is preferred;

2. Experience in pre-training or fine-tuning LLMs (Large Language Models), Diffusion Models, etc., is preferred.
