Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) is looking for a competent research fellow who has comprehensive research and engineering experiences in power system load modeling, power grid operation, and optimization. The candidate is expected to have a strong industry working experience together with a strong research track record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out research works on power load data collection and analysis, electricity load demand modeling and forecasting, load behavior analysis, power grid operation, etc.
• Publish journal papers and prepare project reports
• Coordinate with other researchers in project discussions and deliverables

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related subjects.
• Expert knowledge in power system modeling and operation
• Both industry and research experience with power engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team to realize proposed research work.
• Publication track record is an advantage
