Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage most the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Management of 2024 Platform Budget and ensure delivery of the SCM targets through the delivery of various initiatives.
• Collaborate with Functions & Technology teams to plan out the schedule and release for the platform's backlogs, ensuring robust tracking of scope and timeline. Perform close monitoring of YTD Initiatives spend to trigger escalation / intervention to Management & Finance
• Organize and facilitate submission of IBGO Platform Budget & Business Case, designing strategy slides and storyboarding for budget approval for functional across 6 core locations.
• Drive IBGO Monthly Digitalization Updates, Monthly Generative AI Cadences, Bi-Monthly Regional Reviews & Quarterly Country CadencesAchieve alignment between functions and countries on prioritization, digitalization strategy and focus areas, to drive progress in our defined strategic pillars (Digitization through new Workflow Enablement & Enhancements, Interoperability of Workflow / Workbenches, New Capabilities, BU/SU/MtJ, Control Tower, STP & DA)
• Engage in Project Management, directing leading the delivery of Strategic projects aimed to ensure we exceed we exceed our Scorecard KPIsSupport the Generative AI initiatives, Reporting EJ, Migration to UCT and drive the MJE reduction for IBGO, actively engaging Tech & Functions on user requirements, user stories, testing etc, for the successful implementation and migration to the new system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience with specific knowledge of the target business area (e.g., Project Management, Institutional Banking, Operations, Risk etc)
• Involvement in driving digital transformation (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) to achieve excellent business results would be preferred
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including ability to facilitate meetings and present to senior business executives.
• Knowledge of good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to multi-task and cross support team deliverables
