Responsibilities:

1. Contract & Proposal Management and Execution

- Develops strategies, policies and procedures in sales proposal and contracts generation activities, providing review on the current work flows to improve efficiency in bidding and tendering process

- Prepares cost estimates, proposals and reviews timelines during bidding activities

- Manages Contract variation order process, providing expert input on complex and large-scale variation orders

- Prepares Contract documentation and negotiates complex Contract terms with Clients and subcontractors, liasiing with the legal department where necessary.

2. Procurement Management and Execution

- Manages Request for Quotations (RFQ) for procurement

- Review of proposals from subcontractors for commercial and contractual compliance

- Negotiates with subcontractors, leading to Contracts award

- Prepares and update works order/purchase order in SAP system.

3. Commercial Management and Execution

- Allocates and control of budget and cashflow during Project execution

- Preparation of Commercial letters to vendors and subcontractors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental Engineering)

2. Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in Water, Wastewater, Waste-to-Energy or large infrastructure projects

3. Familiar with BCA requirements
