EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy (EcoLabs) invites applications for the position of Project Officer/Research Engineer/Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets in accordance with Ecolab's annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure accurate financial allocation for projects and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Generate and distribute invoices, oversee payment monitoring, and maintain billing records.
• Maintain accurate financial records by organizing and filing documents, invoices, and receipts.
• Efficiently process purchase orders, verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies.
• Overseeing and tracking project milestones across all Ecolab projects
• Monitor and track yearly and quarterly KPIs, aligning with EcoLabs annual targets and performance metrics.
• Prepare and manage quarterly reports and claims, ensuring compliance with specified formats.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, science, business, or a related field.
• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience.
• Entry level candidates with strong backgrounds in project management are also encouraged to apply.
• Preferred strong quantitative analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
