Responsibilities

• Produce BIM Drawings/Drafting documents for one or more services
• Produce M&E Shop-Drawings according to requirements
• Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments
• Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by team members
• Checking of M&E Drawings
• Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings
• Update Shop-Drawing list
  Supporting Project Team on shop-drawing submission
• Able to prepare BOM base on BIM
• Liaise with Project Manager and Engineers on drawing submission and approval
• Others as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction / M&E industry such as commercial building, industrial buildings, ship yard projects, government projects, schools etc.
• Competent in reading / understanding construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical)
• Proficient in Autocad / BIM / Revit / Microstation / Eplan software etc.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous
