• Responsible to interface with manufacturing team on escalation of product issues in regards to all manufacturing testing and FW/SW related issues
• Provides tangible feedback to manufacturing team in order to improve product quality
• Design and conduct evaluations and tests on new products to ensure performance compliance
• Liaise and work closely with project team and service team on all power/electrical systems
• Develops, maintains and organizes all products documentation in proper order
• Follows departmental and company procedures pertaining to documentation control and revision
• Conduct User/Site Acceptance Tests, troubleshooting support to customers and business partners
• Provide technical training and product updates to internal staffs, customer and business partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Knowledge in DC switch-mode-rectifier, uninterruptible power systems, energy storage systems (ESS) / batteries, solar PV inverter is an added advantage.
• Possess strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
• Must be a team player with initiative and self-motivation, with a keen sense of responsibility and urgency.
