The Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERIAN) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design advanced methods for smart meter data analytics and smart home energy management in the context of electricity market.
• Perform testing and demonstration of the algorithms and deliverables.
• Develop software modules and APPs for project demonstration.
• Write up project reports as needed.
• Assist the PI for project reporting and relevant jobs.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Expert knowledge in power system data-driven optimization, especially on deep reinforcement learning and relevant techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Strong publication record in top-tier journals.
• Able to work independently and in a team to realize proposed research work.
