A Research Engineer II position is available in the Centre for Information Sciences and Systems, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. We are hiring a Research Engineer in Signal Processing to develop processing and machine learning algorithms and methods for edge computing and federated learning.

Job Description:

• Develop signal processing and machine learning algorithms and methods for edge computing and federated learning
• Perform software/hardware implementation and empirical studies
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Conduct project presentations and seminars
• Help to supervise graduate students and contribute to proposal writing
• Assist the PI in various research admin tasks

Job Requirements:

• MSc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields
• Solid Mathematical skills
• Experience in implementing algorithms for signal processing and machine learning
