The School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) invites application for the position of Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of multi-agent cooperation algorithm for swarm intelligence.
• Involve sensor fusion, multi-robot cooperation and swarm intelligence algorithms development, test rig set-up, and experimental validation.

Job Requirements:

• A PhD Degree in Control Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, AI, etc.
• Strong background in multi-agent systems, robotics, control and automation.
• Candidates having relevant research or working experience in multi-agent systems will be preferred.
• Good communications skills and the ability to work independently and facilitate projects with minimal supervision.
• Able to contribute to Journal/Conference papers with good presentation skills.
• Able to plan and organize well and adhere to deadlines
