Role Summary:

You'll provide first-line (Level 1) user support and hands-on technical work to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot our healthcare communications systems. This role reports to the Manager and works closely with an Engineer. No prior experience is required, fresh graduates are welcome. As we grow, there are overseas exposure/opportunities and pathways into project delivery or cross departmental roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to users: handle incoming requests, diagnose issues, resolve common problems, and escalate when needed.
• Perform commissioning, testing, servicing, and troubleshooting of our healthcare IT communications equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Respond to client queries on operations, maintenance, and basic user guidance.
• Support ongoing projects and the sales team with technical input as required.
• Assist with preparation of tender documents, quotations, follow-ups, and after-sales/project support.
• Participate in continuous improvement of support processes, documentation, and customer experience.
• Opportunities to contribute beyond support: project implementation, solutioning, and sales & marketing support.

Requirements (Skills & Attributes):

• Strong interest in computer networking (basic knowledge in programming is a plus).
• Passionate about healthcare and motivated by contributing to a meaningful mission.
• Self-motivated learner; responsible, hands-on, and works well in a team.
• Basic Windows and Linux commands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (or equivalent productivity tools).
• Able to read and understand schematic drawings and floor plans (basic AutoCAD is a plus).
• Preferably some exposure to IP networking, web services, and SQL databases (not mandatory).

• ITE / Diploma in IT / Electronics (or relevant discipline).
