Job Requirements:
- Assist the Project / Site manager in project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
- Manage to meeting on jobsite
- Ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
- Enforcement on authorities regulations and requirements.
- Co-ordinate, Program and monitor site work, material and workforce.
- Resolve material and manpower issue as highlighted by subordinated.
- Plan, Lead and motivate workforce including supervision within the project
- Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed, maintained and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Able to produce working and As-Built drawing including O&M manual.
- Plan and manage materials on site to avoid wastage.
- Arrange and mobilize own worker's to avoid delay in site progress.
- Track and monitor site work to meet all key milestone, critical date and target completion date.
- Follow through on submission with targeted submission and approval dates.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Well-versed in MS Office, ETABS, SAP2000 and AutoCAD
- Candidate with Additional and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
