Requirements:
- Handling of all Field Service, Maintenance of Power related products.
- Handling of all projects design, interface with client users, implementation at site and relevant duties.
- Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, commissioning
- activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and industrybstandards.
- Providing advice and troubleshooting for our customers.
- Technical support for customer and partners.
- Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation including repair success rate and spare parts inventory records.
- Conduct technical training and provide guidance to junior engineers and customers.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory with hands-on experience in cabling and termination work.
- Good interpersonal abilities and strong customer service orientation..
- Skilled in using Microsoft office applications and AutoCAD.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrates accountability, ownership of tasks, resilience and effective communication skills.
