Support landed house, A&A and luxury home renovation works; ensure compliance with drawings/specs/method statements.

Coordinate daily site operations (subcons/suppliers/workers), materials, deliveries and logistics tomeet schedule/quality.

Handle site measurements, verification, mark-ups/as-builts, inspections, and ensure safety/housekeeping standards.

Review Arch/Structural/M&E drawings, raise RFIs, resolve discrepancies, attend site meetings, and support TOP/CSC inspections/rectifications (if applicable).Maintain site documentation (daily reports, progress updates, submissions, inspection andhandover records) and other ad-hoc duties.
