• Responsible for the Electrical System during design, construction and commissioning stage.
• Responsible for reviewing and counter checking the design, supervising the construction and assist during commissioning stage.
• Review & approve design drawings/specs/calculations
• Run kick off meeting, and routine construction meeting
• Review & approve Inspection Test Plan and Quality Plan
• Review & approve Method Statement
• Review & approve shop drawings / catalogues / datasheets
• Coordinate clashes and interfaces with other disciplines, including answering TQ and RFI
• Review & approve contractor's mockup and first of kinds
• Do redlined markup, check on contractor's closed punch items and sign off
• Review as-built drawings
• Review & approve contractor's slide pack for training & arrange training with users
• Review & approve contractor's handover dossier pack, then sign handover form
• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic, power engineering and other related majors, more than 8 years of relevant workexperience in large pharmaceutical, petrol chemical or semiconductor cleanroom environment
• Have experience in general utilities operations and maintenance or engineering construction, or greenfield start-up experiences
• Ability to review construction technical plans and equipment technical negotiation.
