Job Summary

Join Axend Pte Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer to deliver expert after-sale services, lead process development initiatives, and provide technical solutions that drive customer success and operational excellence in electronics assembly.

Responsibilities
  • Execute after-sale services including maintenance, calibration, machine commissioning, and comprehensive operator training to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct rigorous product testing that guarantees successful sales order fulfillment and product reliability
  • Provide technical expertise to develop customized solutions tailored to customers' specific electronics assembly applications, supporting sales objectives
  • Deliver technically sound presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, enhancing sales engagement and customer understanding
  • Respond promptly to on-site and off-site support requests, diagnosing and resolving product-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain client trust
  • Lead process development efforts by identifying and optimizing machine parameters to maximize production yield, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage clients
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to independently address technical challenges
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
  • Self-driven and resourceful with a high level of confidence and maturity
