NSTIC (GaN) seeks a candidate who passionately use automation testing tools to characterize/qiualifies RF GaN devices.

Successful candidate should have basic/good understanding on RF compound semiconductor device, proficient hands-on experience at scripting for tests in automation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• MS or BS PhD in electrical, communication engineering or related areas.
• Relevant coursework/research in electrical, microwave engineering is a plus
• 1-3 years experiences at electrical tests of components, module or system.
• Relevant experiences at on-wafer RF tests is a plus.
• Good knowledge of RF on-wafer calibration and de-embedding theory and procedures.
• Professional hands-on experiences at programming language (e.g., Python/C++/Matlab, etc.)
• Team spirit and problem-solving ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be capable to conduct tests overtime (OT) with payment occasionally
