Engineering- Design the most cost-effective formwork solutions based on product portfolio and material availability
- Conduct technical and financial risk assessments for company projects
- Audit designs and BOQ prepared by fellow engineers to verify compliance with established requirements and quality standards
- Conduct and oversee structural analysis and calculations to validate the integrity and safety of designs as per PERI and local standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Encourage knowledge sharing and professional development
- Prepare and present offer drawings, shop drawings, detailed design proposals and technical reports with static calculations compliant to local standards, building code regulations and PERI procedures for project submission
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to manage customer expectations, ensuring that all proposed solutions are both safe and efficient
- Lead the design process, aiming to minimize revisions and implement potential improvements and optimization
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on the possible PERI systems applicable for the requirement. Ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
- Present well-considered and feasible solutions to clients that meet their needs and adhere to the PERI standards
