EngineeringKey Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Provide full-time supervision of civil and structural works to ensure strict adherence to approved construction drawings, project specifications, and all applicable Building Control Acts and Regulations.
- Supervise, inspect, and coordinate Civil & Structural (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), including concreting, pavement construction, drainage systems, soil compaction, concrete curing, form work, propping and de-propping, precast installation, and structural steel works.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate the team of Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) assigned to the project, ensuring effective site supervision and performance management.
- Ensure contractors consistently uphold high standards of workmanship, quality, and site safety in full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and project-specific safety requirements.
- Review, verify, and endorse contractors' technical submissions, reports, and claims related to civil, structural, M&E works.
- Attend and actively contribute to all project meetings, including site progress, coordination, variation, and QA/QC meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
- Accredited as a Resident Engineer (RE) with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant civil engineering experience, including at least 7 years in the supervision of major building, infrastructure, and geotechnical works.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multidisciplinary site teams and complex construction environments.
- Willingness and flexibility to work shift schedules when required.
