Job Summary

Perform system installation, testing, commissioning, repairs, and user training to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide after-hours support and maintain clear communication through reporting and site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Install system components including termination, and conduct testing and commissioning to verify functionality and compliance
• Repair systems and devices both in-house and at customer sites to restore service promptly
• Respond to service calls during after-office hours, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster to maintain continuous support
• Deliver user operation and technical troubleshooting training to enable effective system use and problem resolution
• Participate in site meetings to coordinate work progress and address technical issues
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports including observations and recommendations for improvements
