As Senior Manager, this position leads an IEteam to take in charge of Capacity planning, HC planning, Space layout & planning, Capital management (budgeting, investment, post tracking), MFG. KPI management and drive the Lean Operations; improve the cross functional communication efficiencies by driving standardizations (modeling, formatting, database, etc...).

Key responsibilities:

1. In Charge of CapEx Management incl. budgeting, Capital investment review, post investment tracking

2. Lead Capacity Planning & improvement

3. Lead the capital avoidance & cost reductions

4. Standardize IE modeling and develop the centralized database

5. MFG. KPI management @ factory level, develop the meaningful dashboard

6. Lead the Lean. MFG. and continuous improvement to drive BIC (Best In Class)

7. Support the Intelligent MFG. and Operation Automation

8. Support new factory construction, startup and Capacity Ramping

9. Support the Cost modeling standardization

10. Lead the IE team to success

Qualification:

1. The Candidate must be a qualified team leader with >5 years team leader experience.

2. Experience: >10 + years in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering,with 5+ years in a leadership role , Semiconductor industry background is a must, Fab or Advanced A&T preferred.

3. Core Expertise: Mastery in Capacity Planning, Spacelayout& Planning, CapEx Management, Lean Manufacturing.

4. Key Skills: Proven ability in:

o Capacity modeling & Planning.

o Capital budgeting, investment review, and cost avoidance.

o Space layout (incl.Drawing skill) & Planning

o Driving standardization (processes, models, databases) .

o Manufacturing KPI management and dashboard development.

5. Leadership: Demonstrated success in integrating teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong people management and influence skills, Result orientation.

6. Strong project managementexperience

7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field; advanced degree (MBA/MS) a plus.
