Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as M&E Engineer / Snr Assistant Manager.

You'll support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects - from planning and implementation of Facilities Development project - ensuring that every project meets operational readiness and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Develop and implement project governance, technical standards, and design guidelines for infrastructure projects.
• Lead feasibility studies, design development, and procurement of consultancy and construction packages.
• Oversee consultants and contractors, manage project schedules, costs, and quality during implementation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, and support ad hoc projects or special assignments.

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Support:

• Assist in preparing tender documents, cost estimates, scope of work, and Bill of Quantities.
• Review and sign-off project-related documents and variations.
• Supervise consultants, contractors, and site staff in inspection, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Owners, and Facilities Management teams.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering.
• Min. 3-5 years of professional experience with focus on complex, live-environment A&A.
• Min. 2 years of experience with healthcare infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Experience in owner/developer setting will be an advantage.
• High level of technical competency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships across departments and teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguities in the course of work.
• Team player and able to collaborate with stakeholders of various functions.
• Ability to multi-task.
