Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical design and engineering works, including preparation of detailed production and shop drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) using AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit (BIM).
• Develop and review mechanical system layouts and design concepts to meet functional, safety, and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Revit (BIM) models and AutoCAD drawings for mechanical systems, ensuring coordination with other disciplines.
• Generate and review as-built drawings based on site installation feedback and conduct site visits when required to verify engineering compliance.
• Coordinate with project engineers, sales teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design, technical, and construct-ability issues.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure alignment with project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in design coordination meetings, technical reviews, and project discussions, providing engineering input and recommendations.
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel (including Malaysia) and perform overtime when project schedules require.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, engineering, or industrial systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor for mechanical design and detailing.
• Working knowledge of Revit (BIM) for coordinated design is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems such as generator enclosures, exhaust systems, ventilation, piping, or industrial equipment is preferred.
