Job Summary

The CCTV Technical Person is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and surveillance systems. The role ensures all security equipment operates efficiently and meets safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors, and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in cameras, cabling, power supplies, and network connections
• Configure IP cameras, network settings, and remote viewing systems
• Ensure proper cable management and equipment labeling
• Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable surveillance solutions
• Maintain documentation, reports, and service records
• Provide technical support and basic training to clients or end users
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
